Before I started going to Amma, I couldn't stand very long or walk very far. After several months, I am beyond pleased. I am now back at my baseline and have no problems standing for long periods or walking a good distance. Thank you Chris!!
Chris helps me very much I have some specific. Connective tissue issues and he can get to Where?. The problems are..he can break up scar tissue.he know many techniques. He is not new to this.very good and helpful
I've been going to Chris for years. He gives me a deep tissue massage and I couldn't be happier. It can be painful, but that is what I'm looking for. I look at this as necessary maintenance for my physical well-being. Highly recommend!
