Crystal Heating, Plumbing and Excavating

I had this company come out to my home earlier this year because when i have my heat on in the home, it automatically shuts off and blows a fuse when it hits 61 degrees. and because i have to go into the basement and change wires over from heat to AC depending on the time of year. I called Crystal heating and cooling because a friend recommended them. Brandon Knipper came out to my place. I turned the AC on and it ran. It didn’t shut off while he was there. Sold me a defective new AC unit in 2018. Every year had trouble with unit. Paid a ton to fix until last year then enough is enough. They still won’t stand by product they sell. I have spent over 20k with them for new AC/furnace and repairs to my sewer. You would think they would try and help but nope. Stay Away!!

My realtor had them install the radon detector. The fan quit working within 6 months. They did replace it but it quit working again 5 years later. Someone came out the next day (I was worked in between appointments as he was in the area), walked to the unit on the outside of the door and flipped the switch on. An animal must have accidently turned it off. He walked down to the basement and verified that it was working. He was here for less than 5 minutes. My bill was for over $100.
