Iowa Family Assistants has been a great place to work. It has allowed flexibility for my home life when it has been needed. Being in a supervisory position, comes with challenges. Finding a balance between client's needs and Caregiver's needs comes with many factors. It is not always an easy job, to make tough decisions. Overall, IFA has a great team of employees and they do truly care about the client's needs, while ensuring their safety and comfort of remaining in their homes.

They are a good place to work for. They actually care for their employees and their clients. I have medical problems going on right now and Heather and the rest of the office are accommodating to help me. Heather is the best. She is the greatest.
