I had 2 teeth pulled. One had broken off in a crown, so there was not much of a tooth exposed. I also have extremely small veins. The staff were extremely professional, kept talking to me to take my mind off of the blood draw and getting prepped for the procedure. Before I knew it, I was waking up and everything was over. I highly recommend everyone involved!
I was really anxious about an upcoming root canal repair. Darcy answered all my questions, even the stupid ones, with patience and compassion. On the day of my appointment, Diane and Dr Gell were absolutely excellent...professional, caring, once again very patient with me. I like the transparency and being informed during the procedure....knowing what's going on matters a lot when one is vulnerable. Everyone from the people at the desk to my doctor was calm, smiling and very reassuring. Very glad to know people like these are working on my behalf for a healthy outcome! Highly recommended!
This past spring I was referred to Dental Specialists & Implant Clinic of Iowa by my dentist. I needed a tooth pulled, and then an implant. Although more than a bit apprehensive about the procedure, after consulting with Lindsay and Dr. Kotecki, both put me at ease and answered all of my questions. The day came to pull the tooth and the entire staff couldn’t have been nicer. The entire procedure was a breeze and I healed quickly after following their clear instructions. I am headed into phase two of my procedure in a few weeks with no apprehension at all.
