Dave’s knowledge, experience, creativity, communication, and meticulous attention to detail set him apart from all of the rest. From planning to completion, Dave’s crew will leave you impressed every time. So far, Nichols Construction has taken down 2 of my chimneys, replaced the roof, siding, and windows on the exterior and remodeled my bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms, hallway, and living room on the inside. There’s something to be said about a contractor who you can trust to deliver the quality workmanship that you expect every time. A well-deserved 5 stars.

We definitely recommend Nichols Construction for remodeling your home. We completely remodeled our kitchen. We took a dining room which we did not use and turned it into an “everything room” which included a washer and dryer, toilet, shower, and utility sink. When we first met David Nichols, we were very impressed with his ideas and proposals on how to make our dream into a reality. He oversaw the entire project and was here at our house every day. David, Joe, and Kathie did such excellent work and turned our ideas into reality. A tall cabinet 9x5' was moved to a new location. Changing its location required quite a bit of repair/replacement of the trim where the cabinet was & to the new location. Matching existing stain is perfect & I am very happy with the work.Services: Home renovations
