I used the app to set a bath and groom for my dog for 3/2 only to get confirmation for bath only. called the store and the manager told me he would not have groomer until 3/9 and scheduled me for my services that day. I called 3/8 to confirm and was told I would be called back in 2 minutes by the manager. nobody called back so an hour later I called back to be told first I had no appointment and then it was bath only because they don't have a groomer in because it was her birthday tomorrow. I asked for the manager to call me back and two hours later I had to call them again. the manager got on the phone screamed at me that I had yelled at his employee, which I never did and was hung up on. very unprofessional and will never go there again!

Per places have many issues like not informing people of the proper space and items needed for animals. But this place is okay. I have gotten many fish from here and they all are healthy and alive. It would be nice for these animals to have better conditions. Hamsters should have at least 6-12 inches of bedding in there enclosure. so that poor hammy is probably not so happy. Plus don't get me started on the tank size!

I owned mice before and the mice from here seem like they where milled and at the time seem scared of humans and the clerk grabbed them and swung them around by the tail (witch hurts and scares them) and it took me a long time to earn the little guy's trust and was apt to biting and there was a dead mouse in a freshly cleaned tank so somethings wrong there; There stuff was (and still is) expensive to say the least and for seemingly overpriced products that are common and the employees don't seem to know what the heck they are talking abought when it comes to it long story short git your Mice and Rats else-where,... and just as a side note I did try to call them to see if there was something more I could be doing even though I've been working with mice/rats for 20 years and a card caring member of PETA for 25 years eating vegan my hole life and knowing pretty much what's going on still there's always more I could lern to be placed on hold and forgotten about for some time I am a busy person and do have work that needs done, I barely have time for my 15 minuet breaks I can't sit on hold for half an hour to forty five minuets while someone gets to the phone I don't mean to get anyone in to bad of trouble IDK I just don't much care to be spoken down to and um well as if I where IDK making it up (or that's how it seemed to me), but I will give them some credit they did call me to try an make it right and if I manage to work it out and get another mouse/rat from them it would come just in time to be my next emotional support animal here's hoping its a nice one
