I can't speak to the respiratory or skin benefits just yet, but a halo therapy session here is one of the most relaxing things I've ever done. This is a beautiful spa-like atmosphere, kind staff and the services are reasonably priced. I'll be back!
Love this studio and its wonderful teachers. Combines skillful instruction on form and alignment with reverence for the non-physical components of a solid yoga practice. Thankful to have Shakti in my life!
My Partner, Kenny, has gone to Shakti for around 3 years. The instructors are so knowledgable, skilled and really take the time to care about each individual as a Yogi and not just a number in a class. The Yogis that go to Shakti are so open, friendly and completely non-judgmental. Best atmosphere anyone could ever take a yoga class in! More than a High 5* experience from beginners to advance!!!
