Vianey was professional, personable, courteous, and a good listener and communicator. The massage was fluid, relaxing, warm, and essentially full-body. The applied pressure was appropriate, and she periodically checked in and was attentive to specific areas. Loved the hot stones and towels! The table and sheets were so nice and comfortable.
