Wow! We are so very grateful to Dave and the crew at Vick's. Our pellet stove was on it's last legs -- or so we thought -- when, on a whim, I stopped in to the store. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped narrow down potential problems. Dave was at our home at nine the next morning and two hours later the stove was in tip-top condition again! Their rates are incredibly reasonable, as well. I had been told by multiple other businesses that the only option I had left was to replace the unit at a cost of no less than $5,000 and a wait time of up to six months, A few hundred dollars for this repair is a drop in the bucket to have our home cozy and warm... read full review
We have used Vick’s Heating and Plumbing since moving to Decorah six years ago. Recently, we did a small bathroom remodel and Albin was instrumental in helping us get the project completed. He helped not only remove the old custom tub/shower combo but in getting everything else replaced right away as well. Tammy at the main store was also very helpful to us in getting the replacement hardware selected that was needed. Great customer service and follow through along with professional repair/replacement work.
