Thomas & Kevin both were kind, honest and very helpful. They were professional and offered honest, fair advice and services. They saved me money compared to being over-quoted at another garage less than 2wks prior. Provided a service I had flat out been refused at other garage’s. Showed me what was needed & why, what to look for, etc. Highly recommend if you are looking for a shop that takes care of you and your wallet. Will be my go to shop, from now on whenever I’m in the area & I will be recommending them to all my girlfriends working otr with me. I was in town visiting family when my car quit working. I got on the AAA website and found Jack's Brake & Alignment. Their customer service is out of this world. They diagnosed what was wrong and were able to fix my car the same day, as I was leaving to drive back to Indiana the next day. I am recommending them to all my friends that are still local.

First time to visit this Jack's auto shop. Much closer to my home than the one River Drive. Had my oil changed in my truck. Very friendly staff upon entering. Covered what needed to be done and they got they went right to it. Very reasonable price as well. Will go back when other repairs are needed as well.
