Everyone was very courteous and friendly at the Cedar Falls, Iowa Location. For my first visit to this store, it was very pleasing, neat clean, organized and they made the process very simple. My glasses fit as expected and and the quality is better than expected from a chain store. I plan to be a repeat customer! A+ first visit!
****EDIT******They made it right with me and I WILL be going back again. Thank you Americas Best!Waited 2 weeks for my trials. Now another 2 weeks because there was an "issue" with getting them. They wouldnt have had a clue if i hadnt called asking them where they were. When I paid them 130 dollars for the 3 year plan tney did my eye thing. Thenthey didn't have my brand, so used theirs, had to take them out. Their biofinitys hurt my eyes. So going on week 3 without seeing. Yay me!
Loved these ladies! Such goofballs. Looked around the store for an hour because I am so indecisive and received the best help I could have. They were very patient and kind! Lesson learned to not rub my glasses on my pants…
