The sales representative was very easy to talk to, explain things very well. She was quick and efficient, and just a really nice person. The installers arrived very quickly (sooner than was promised) and did a fabulous job. I am so relieved to not have to worry about my gutters, downspouts and leaves ever again. Money well spent.

My take is that the two gentlemen you sent to my Mom's house here at 109 South Holloway, Alexis, IL were very professional and went beyond for our home. Not only did they install the Leaf Filter system, but they capped off the two inlets and placed proper extenders onto the drain system. Prior to the installation, the two inlets were going directly into the sump pump drain. After the heavy rain following the installation, there was no water in the sump pump drain. So essentially, your crew that was sent out just extended the life of our sump pump as well as the foundation to our home.

Follow-up: After posting this review and representative reached out to express their concerns with the situation. They explained the gentleman whom provided the quote was new and made a mistake. They honored the quote price, and the job has now been completed. The installation team was professional, prompt, and courteous. I have amended my review for a one star to a four star rating. I do not expect perfection from any company, but their willingness to correct a problem would earn my recommendation.
