Hogan - Hansen, CPAs and Consultants

Very happy with my experience with Hogan-Hansen. I switched from another accountant that would never give me the time of day or work with me on how to prepare better for the following year, I was a client there for 5 years. Stephenie was very pleasant to work with at Hogan-Hansen and met with me and was very helpful! Very happy we switched.

Stephenie Keat is an absolute rockstar CPA! She was a key component with helping me set up my business and get everything rolling. She is quick to respond, very professional and truly cares about her clients. I can't speak highly enough about Stephenie!

- No follow up even if you asked for it.- If their are technical issues they will ask you to send your sensitive documents unsecured or to tell them the info over the phone.- Poor communication on several instances. The worst was that they, gave the impression that they had everything and that there were no concerns about meeting the deadline but then called the day taxes were due requesting additional items. Did not bring up doing an extension until after 4pm.- They sent a partial extension form, filled out incorrectly with no information on if they had filed it, how to pay for it or how to file it if they had not.
