Wow! What a great service!I arrived jetlagged from China and had approximately 20 hours til my next flight. In this time I wanted to get a haircut and redo my nails before checking into the hotel room.Mr Bowie at Salon Capello was not only accommodating but did a great job at cutting and taming my frizzy hair. He recommended a great frizz tamer upon my request.I saw Ms Jade work during the time I spent there and can alos recommend herOverall a very pleasant experience and I would go there again if I fly into Honolulu.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

So thankful that I was able to schedule an appointment at Salon Capello with just a one day notice! I know it's not typical, but I'm so glad they had an opening for me. I reached out to Jessica through Yelp yesterday, hoping they could take me in for a last-minute haircut today. She responded fairly quickly and was so helpful in answering my questions. She referred me to one of her stylists and scheduled my appointment from there. Due to traffic, I ended up arriving 10 minutes late, and worried my haircut would end up being rushed (I was the last customer for the day, with most of the salon already cleaned up). Jessica is so pleasant to work with! She's an intelligent artist when it comes to hair -she knows what's she's doing, great at execution and she's great at explaining the process. For someone like me that didn't know what I wanted () She was so helpful in nailing down the color to go with after going back and forth with me on some ideas while taking my preferences into consideration (low maintenance/ few follow up visits/ looks good even when it grows out a bit). Great at her craft, smart, patient, kind & such a sweetheart -she easily became my "go-to" gal for all things hair!
