We called Ron and he was very helpful. We scheduled an appointment and he said he would be there for us within 45 minutes. We ended up finding out we no longer needed his services and called him about 15 minutes before the appointment. He was only 5 minutes away from meeting us. We asked how much we owed him for him time and gas but he said it was not necessary and would not charge us. We appreciate his excellent customer service and for being so understanding about our last minute cancelation. We will definitely remember his for the next time we really need him.
