I have trained with TJ for over 15 years. TJ runs an excellent class that caters to everyone from beginners to high level competitors. He takes the time to teach concepts and techniques in details. If you are wanting to start training jiujitsu in the Woodstock area you will not find a better place.
Professor TJ is an incredibly knowledgeable practitioner of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is an excellent teacher as well. Classes as always fun and engaging, and the vibe of the school is highly encouraging and positive. If you are interested in starting or continuing your BJJ journey, this is a fantastic place to do so.
