This is a very nice Sam's! Me and my family go to here all the time. But today the craziest thing happened. As we were in line, there was probably like 10 people in front of us on the way out. The lady checking the receipts ( she was white and yes it's important to this story) didn't scan or even look at anybody's receipts in front of us. Then once my family and I got to her she stopped us scanned our receipts and three additional items ( we are a black family!). Obviously I'm not upset at Sam's and the receipt checking, I'm upset that this lady did even look at anyone's receipt in front of us and once she saw us, she felt the need to check us as if we're not as trust worthy as the white people in front of us. Sadly this is just reality for black people in the America. I'd just thought share this ridiculous experience.

Huge, clean, busy, and great Sam's club. In the past, I used to shop here often, and it was okay. Now I'm focusing on shopping for different items, so this was a positive visit. Great choices are available, like frozen foods, awesome bakery goodies, fish, meats, and poultry, and then some. Since I don't buy items fir business in bulk anymore, so I have less use for Sam's. But this visit was definitely worth the trip. Fresh juice bar was something new to me. Staff was ok. Can't say a lot about that because I had to scan my own items. The pizza/hot dog shop is a great addition. They had added some kind of loss prevention device (almost like airport security) to the Excit door, but there was still a real human checking our receipts.

Great experience with Zehor. She is knowledgeable, focuses on a positive customer experience. They have a fair amount of frames to choose from.Claudia is also helpful. They make a great team. Other staff is good yet these two staff members provide the type of customer service that is not readily found these days. Even when they’re busy and wait time is long they acknowledge the customers that are arriving. They are apologetic for the wait. Hope management affirms them for their service.
