“Wow - what customer service. Brady was at our home today doing our regular fertilizer treatment. He texted the night before to let us know what time he would be arriving. He showed up 5 minutes before his appointment but didn't come in our yard until his appointment time (so respectful), he completed his job well, treated our yard and then took care of some weeds that had popped up. We have an electric fence that we take down for treatments (which is what makes the communication so awesome) - when he was through with the treatments, he even put our fence back up and was so respectful of our yard. I cannot say enough about the many times we have had great service by Brady through Alternative Environments. Highly recommend this great company for excellent service.“
