I have been for a month trying to get a prior authorization for my ozempic. I have only had someone reach out to me 1 time & that's only because I had to complain really bad. I seem to get nowhere with them. It's not just this time it has really been going on for yrs. Who ever is over the staff really needs to see that they do better.

I visited Center for Primary Care in Spring of 2020. The Physician was Dr. Fincher. She was Unprofessional in regards to my comments regarding my prior physician. He was an M.D for 50 years and was so highly regarded that he had a his a street named after him. Her inability to diagnose my condition and provide treatment was completely unacceptable. Furthermore, her conduct towards me as a patient was intolerable. I can "NOT" recommend her to anyone as a Responsible Physician.
