He consistently communicated throughout the process, ensuring I was updated and comfortable. The work on my TESLA back bumper was not only completed swiftly but also with exceptional quality. Moreover, the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend for their fast turnaround time and excellent service!

i was paying out of pocket for repairs. Shawn by far gave me the best, mosy manageable price for the job The work was done on time wirh an outstanding result. I was happier with Othneal's work than i was with Caliber's work on a previous job. The paint match was perfect, and they even touched up some areas not discussed in the price!The receptionist, Miss Grace was so helpful and accomadsting as well' I would use this body shop again!
