I purchased a new AC from Polar Air about 2 years ago and have been very happy with it. This past Saturday, I started having issues where my thermostat was intermittently reporting a loss of power from the system. I called and left a message on Sunday after talking it over with my dad and trouble shooting what we could. Considering it was Memorial Day weekend, I assumed I would hear from them on Tuesday, but they not only called me back Sunday night, they diagnosed the problem over the phone and came out Monday morning (on Memorial Day!) and took care of it. The team was able to get out to our house quickly and diagnose the duct issue. Able to quickly patch the system up until a repair can be arranged. Very personable team, polite, and knowledgeable!Service: HVAC duct & vent repair

Dennis was very nice. He explained everything he was finding and doing in detail throughout the entire job. He was in an out of my house is a very short amount of time. The service was fast and now my house feels comfortable again. I highly recommend Polar Air and will definitely be setting up a service contract with them for future maintenance.Service: AC repair
