I wanted to love this place so badly, I went in recently with my dad. He loved his nails and they did a great job on his. His nail tech was amazing. As for my experience, while everyone was nice, and my nail tech was super cute and sweet, the quality of the nail polish and the nail polish application was not great. It makes me sad because I know she was trying to do her best. We got out nails done on Sunday, and on Monday my nail polish chipped. Even though I know regular classic manicures are not guaranteed to last many days, I’m just a little disappointed that my nails chipped so quickly. Had an incredible experience here and will definitely be coming back! Cannot compliment the service enough.Was my first time at Lush, I needed an emergency touch up on a Sunday after a botched set from a different salon in Savannah started falling off.Soo (pronounced sue) took me without an appointment even though they were nearing closing time, which I was super grateful for, and he took extra time to fix my ruined nail beds and make sure my new manicure was absolutely perfect. He was super personable and kind. I've been coming to lush for over a year now and honestly don't want to get my nails done anywhere else! The place itself is clean, spacious, and very pleasing, and the staff are amazing. I've never been the biggest fan of nail salons because of how crowded and kinda claustrophobic they tend to be, but Lush is open and spacious and you definitely won't have to be touching elbows with anyone. I've moved almost an hour away from Savannah and will gladly make the drive back here any time because there's nowhere else I want to get my nails done.
