Returning Phone Calls/Have made 17 phone calls and messages with no return of calls or return of restored appliance

Still waiting on a call. Maytag customer service spoke with them while I was on the phone. I was assured Freedom Builders would call me today and set Appt. My part is sitting at their place of business. Two weeks ago they said it would just be a few days. I am without a working dryer. Will call Maytag tomorrow for a different authorized service company.
