I had my second Deep Tissue Massage January 31, 2024 and it was exhilarating. Tbe massage really brought relief to my tired and aching body. it was worth every penny spent and I will be returning.
First time visitor. The facility was clean. The staff was friendly and professional. I enjoyed my massage... Whitley was awesome!! I felt like I got my money's worth. I'm definitely coming back the next time I need a massage! I haven't tried any of their other spa services, but I'm willing to check them out when I'm ready. Thank you, Life Day Spa, for a wonderful experience and great service!!
Second time going. This time I took my cousin. We both had a full body massages and a steam in the sauna. We agreed we have to always go when she’s in town.The environment is so welcoming and calm. The steam room was exactly what I needed after a night out with friends!And the massage was just AMAZING! I had a knot in my neck that was agonizing and my masseuse interminably worked to get it out.Can’t wait until my next appointment
