Guy showed up on time. Charged us $185.00 and didn't fix the stove door. Said we needed some parts. "I thought that is why you call a repair person repair or replace things" The company was advised on what make of electric stove we have. They did show up on time but couldn't fix the oven door. You may want to make sure they know how to repair or replace something before you contact this company. Not reccomended. The also sub out repairs to different repair guys. They don't directly work for the people you call.
This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with! They tell you that the $50 diagnostic fee that they charge to your credit card will be deducted from the total repair cost if you allow them to perform the repairs. That is a flat out lie. They sent out a sub-contractor 3 times and the refrigerator is still not working. He charged me the $50 fee again instead of discounting it and told me that the company lied to me about that and that they tell customers that all the time and them tell him to add it to his invoice. Then they charged my CC for the $50 after I paid him a check for $303.36! And the fridge still does not work! Now they won't return my calls from...read full review
