    I walked in for a layered cut Thursday. Rissa was rude to me. She used a small tooth comb to brush out my long hair and she kept pulling tangles! I told her she was hurting me but she acted as though she didn't hear me. Is this how Phillipino women act toward American women? Or is this just her way? I will not go back to her and I suggest that anyone with below shoulder length hair not go there either! She is not a nice woman. I'm surprised she has any customers!
