Amazing therapist! Has helped me on numerous occasions, most recently getting some muscles to release so I can sit in an MRI machine for over an hour! She's literally a life saver! :-)
I had the opportunity to take a couples massage workshop taught by Meredith, and it was fantastic! My husband and I truly enjoyed experiencing the workshop with the other couples while Meredith kept it fun, light-hearted, and informative. My husband and I were excited to take home what Meredith taught us, now knowing how to properly massage each other :)
My fiancé and I took Meredith’s couples massage workshop this past weekend and it was great! She provided a good amount of individual support to each couple and even answered some more in-depth questions for us about body mechanics. I am new to Meredith’s practice, but I could tell that a few of the participants had worked with her previously - it appeared she had amazing rapport with those couples. She showed genuine care and interest in all attendees. We will definitely be back!
