Went shopping for a hot tub and wow did I get a hot tub. My 180XD Swim Spa is wonderful. My experience with Browns Pools and Spas in Newnan was great. Starting with Brandi our sales rep or spa wizard who walked us through the Bullfrog spa system, the interchangeable jets, the plumbing system, the low maintenance water care system, and so many other things. After purchasing our Spa we were given a 5 week delivery date which to our delight turned into a 3 week delivery. After we left our review we were delighted to get a call from Browns Pools and Spas. He spoke with us and sent us some repair parts and was very pleasant to deal with. We feel much better about our purchase now.

confused by the negative reviews, I bought my first home 2years ago and it had a pool. Knowing absolutely nothing about maintaining a pool the entire staff was incredible and walked me through everything! Everyone has always been so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. There was even one time I called outside of their hours because I thought I broke my pool pump and they called me right back after my panicked message.
