I'm writing to share my incredibly positive experience at your 4475 Roswell Road Marietta, GA location yesterday. I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. First, I had an eye exam, which was very good. Dr. was knowledgeable and thorough, which gave me confidence in the service provided. Then your representative Shanice took over. She was nothing short of spectacular in giving me amazing service. Not only did we explore all options of lens replacements vs. new frames, but she took the time to go into the back room to bring out new and other frame styles per my stated preferences. Ari and Shanice were awesome! They made a new experience informative and fun! This was my first time using Warby Parker after hearing lots of buzz about it. I was a little intimidated going in, not knowing the process. I had just left my eye exam where the glasses were going to be exorbitant. I thought I'd give WP a look. I will say the first person I approached was not very helpful or friendly, telling me they don't help choose frames, so I just started looking on my own. I live an hour away from this location. The staff was extremely nice. They worked me in for two separate eye exams. Shanice’s customer service was outstanding. I will be back for future eye care needs
