Got my regular glasses there and they have been great. My sunglasses on the otherhand had a few bumps in the road. My lens are high density and caused the frames to bow out, after a few visits to try and fix them they found some other frames and popped the lens in and all was good.
Albert provided awesome customer service to both my daughter and myself. He was very knowledgeable regarding the products and assisted my daughter with obtaining her insurance & went out of his way to have my eye glass RX faxed over from another provider. Thank you Albert for your phenomenal customer service.
Joel Hicks, the manager was phenomenal. He is pleasant, upbeat, knowledgeable and provides the best customer service anyone could ask for. I thought he owned the store because of how on top of everything he is and later found out he didn’t. Quite unusual for an employee to go to the extent Joel does to earn your business. He is a gem and the reason we will continue to do business at this store.
