I came to get a COVID 19 test, my appointment was made two days in advance and even tho I was 20 mins early my appointment was given to a walk in that arrived all of 2 mins before me. I waited 45 mins before being seen mean while being COVID POSITIVE. I will not be returning to this over priced clinic.
Convenience for a price $$$!Needed a prescription written for a motion sickness patch before a trip. Was able to get an appointment same day, but after a 10 min meeting for the doctor to put the prescription I was billed $370!I Called Piedmont for further explanation on why such a short, simple visit would justify a $370 bill and the explanation was that it was considered a doctor visit, and all doctor visits start at this price.Next time I’ll be trying out the American Family Care urgent care around the corner.
