We met Adam (co-owner) and Debbie (business manager) at a senior center presentation to learn about roofing issues and replacement. It was clear Adam had a wealth of experience, and expertise in roofing, and we had trust that Debbie would back it up from an admin perspective. They were tenacious in working with the insurance folks to replace discontinued shingles, not a simple process. We are happy with our roof and we were impressed that Adam himself came out to inspect at the end of the job, to make sure all was in order. Escex did a great job with the reconstruction of my home after it sustained water damage. Their customer service was very friendly and easy to reach. In addition, they completed the work in a timely manner. What’s more, months after the project was over, they even conducted a repair of damaged drywall and reinstalled a towel bar in my bathroom free of charge as part of their 1-year workmanship warranty.
