This was my 5th stop looking to identify and purchase a specific cartridge for my kitchen faucet. Incredibly helpful in providing advice and ultimately identifying what I needed and selling it to me on the spot.The epitome of a great small business owner. I will refer my friends to this shop for any plumbing related issues.
These guys are great. Go in humble if not experienced and they will give you great advice. Every time they've told me what I needed and how to do it and they've been spot on. Sure they seem a little gruff but as an old guy myself I understand. I'm sure as any business does they get their share of idiots. Been going there since they opened over 20 years ago. They've saved me thousands of labor dollars at my rentals and for that I'm forever grateful.
Really good place. I went in with a rare, old part and while they didn’t have it in stock, the counter clerk helped me look it up on the internet and make sure I was identifying the right part, which was a really nice gesture by him.
