I called waiting on this service explaining my family needed my heat fixed and needed it the same day. Explained that i myself pinned it to the gas valve and spoke to the owner himself. Nobody explained to me of a diagnostic charge. I was ready to pay if it could be fixed today. He came checked everything i had and said its the gas valve. Also explained how i shouldnt invest in my unit. I got hit with an $85 fee for him to show up on his day off to tell me either way it would not be installed today. I shouldnt of even wasted his time. At least he showed up and now i got to still figure it out. As usual if you want it done right. You got to do it yourself.
Cortez and his son helped me out with AC issues at the beginning of this summer. Not only did he repair the issue I was experiencing, he showed us how to maintain it for longevity. Money spent with this company is a waste. 15 year old system was patched up to stay running and fail on the anniversary. Cortex (owner) wouldn't wear a mask at the start of the Pandemic and told me he didn't want my business. I'm EXTREMELY HAPPY paying more to a bigger, better company that provides filters that fit and masks without request.#norespectforyouatall
