Hunter & Daniel got out to our house, after an overflow issue that effected 3 levels around 11pm, within an hour of calling Roto-Rooter. No other service provider could make it out on such short notice. Their promptness saved us from a lot more water damage. Daniel got the clog fixed & Hunter walked us through the process and got the restoration team out to our by 11am that same morning to mitigate the water damage. Brandon and Sam were awesome & knowledgeable and provided us guidance as well. Very fortunate to have these guys and their team. Brian exceeded any/every expectation one could have. Incredibly friendly and helpful, answered any questions I had. He also checked things that suggested he truly cared about our home and ensuring he was leaving everything in the best place possible. There's no reason he shouldn't be anyone's first choice for any repair/replacement needs and I'm positive we will utilize his services again in the future. What a guy

We had an active leak under our kitchen sink after Home Depot messed up a dishwasher install. We didn’t find it until 2 days later which was a Saturday around 5 pm and water started seeping out from under the cabinet. After calling another company who said they could be there on Monday we called Roto Rooter who had a plumber out in a little over an hour.Simon was our plumber and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He figured out the problem quickly and was great to work with.
