    Good luck getting an appointment.

    Reached out several times and never was able to get an appointment. I sent the picture over of what I was requesting and never heard anything back. Followed up a couple days later and still nothing.

    I’m not giving 0 stars because the pictures look like great work and I’m not trying to tear a business down. Just my experience. everyone doesn’t want your business and that’s ok

    It depends if you catch them on a good day. They do a great job at braiding. However they're customer service skills are lacking. I just wish they hire a receptionist to speak for them

    Beautiful braids and reasonably priced. You can tell that Mrs. Esther is a perfectionist so you're always going to get a good job done. I don't trust many on my head but I definitely will be a regular customer with the quality work she gives
