Greg Patterson was great. He got my insurance company to pay the claim even after they had turned me down. He stayed on top of the process. He let me vent my frustration (poor guy) with other people involved in the process. He maintained utmost professionalism, integrity and knowledge the entire time. There were follow up calls and texts, and thorough explanation of the entire process. As someone who has worked in Customer Service for many years, I can tell you, Greg is a Gem.

Raphael and his crew were amazing. Raphael is the most patient man alive taking me thru a difficult situation with my HOA. You will be surprised how soon he will call/text you back. You will absolutely love him. His crew will arrive on time and do the job on time. They left our property exactly the way they found it. They went over and above fixing a problem we were having.
