Let me start off by saying you can trust this company. I’ve had 2 different companies look at our AC to diagnose it not cooling as it should and Liberty Heating and AC Repair diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about 30 mins. They even noticed a missing safety feature that’s required on the air handler that potentially saved us thousands in repairs. Can’t thank them enough. These guys are punctual, honest and fair.
They arrived when they said they would. Walked me through the needed repairs so I could understand the work they needed to preform. Repaired my unit and gave me tips to keep it clean and working efficiently. Excellent customer service.
John is reliable and quick to respond. He does excellent work. Very professional & knowledgeable. He understands GA heat can be miserable and does not want his clients to suffer or go without. Keep up the hard work!
