They have the things that no one else in town has. And people will stop and talk to help you figure out what you need. Not just the service people but the customers. Great home town feel excelent place

It's a good place to get hard to find items and Monica is very helpful, polite and friendly and if she doesn't have what you want or need she will do her best to help you find it

This Place! Cut the chase and just come here first! We went to winsupply and 30 minutes later he gave up and sent us to Ace. Got there and 30 minutes later he gave up and sent us to Downs. The Lady there accepted the challenge - how to tie a new dishwasher into an old line. SHE figured it out and now I have dishes washing in my new dishwasher!!! Awesome Job, and thank you so much!!!!
