I've been a patient of Dr. Donovan and Dr. Shannon Christie at Anwan Medical Center for over 10 years. I'm grateful that they have a background in holistic and medicinal practices which makes it a win for me. The New Front office in Hapeville is Great! The New Office Manager is AMAZING and I can tell she brings a new moral to the team. They are Friendly, Kind and Empathetic. I have been seen in both the Hapeville and Tucker medical offices. You can also try their 3rd Private Regenerative Office in Tucker as well. There you can try PRP services, Vitamin Drip Services, and other progressive medical procedures.

If you're looking for a no-nonsense Primary Care provider, this is a great place. Their staff is friendly and they treat you like family. Christina Smalls, their PA is excellent. I had a billing issue with my health insurance company and Nichole, their office manager, handled it immediately. She advocated for me and got the insurance company to pay the bill. I'm not looking for a glamorous doctor's office in some part of town where I will need to take off work and spend half the day fighting traffic to get there. I visited the Anwan Hapeville office today. I was very impressed with the friendliness, sincerity, as well as the professionalism of the staff, especially, Nicole, the office manager. She went out of her way to assist me with my insurance issues. I appreciate the time she took to listen, understand and assist me. I look forward to my next appointment based the level of care and service that I received.
