“My lash tech is Miss.Margo. she has an actual studio and is certified and specializes in this. she did get the glue in my eyes once and I told her. After that it never happened again. Very nice and consistent. Well cleaned area and professional, so as the receptionist. Price is affordable (well for me). yea this my lash tech for life.“

“Ehhhhhh. I have not been here in a while after being a faithful every 2/3 week customer in the past. As soon as I entered she asked for my name and then if I had a mask. Since I was in my mother in law’s car, I did not have one and I usually keep them in my car. THEN SHE SAID THAT THE MASKS ARE $5.00 EACH!!!! WHAT!!!! Why would a business owner do that to their customers. I purchase these masks from Amazon and provide to my clients at no charge. I say that not to say that she should provide them for free, however a pack of these exact masks are less than $7.00 for 100 in a box. I am sure that she pays less than when purchasing supplies that since this is an aesthetic company and would most likely provide multiple masks to her employees on a daily basis. I feel this is the definition of price gouging. Protecting your clientele and employees is very important, but charging a multiple of over 70 for a face mask is beyond ridiculous!!!! There is truly NO excuse for that. My lashes are fine so far, only the next two weeks will tell if I got my moneys worth considering $5.00 was added for an approximate five cent mask. I will see how my future appointments go, but I feel like this relationship is already getting off to a bad restart. 3.5 stars would have been justifiable, but I am rounding up because I don’t want to harm the company. I just want anyone to see this to be aware.FOLLOW UP: Instead of trying again, I just found another another lash location. Charging $5 for a less than a dime mask was just too much for me.“

“Decided at the last minute to stop and get my nails done on. I went on a Wednesday afternoon around 12:30 pm and thought they would be busy but they weren't busy at all. I received service right away....gel manicure with nail art. Kim did a good job. Like I said before, this was a last minute "self care" treat for me so I really didn't have any grand expectations.
