I called to get some steel my regular supplier dropped the ball on for our morning delivery and the sales guy Mark said they had what I needed in stock. I drove the hour over, paid, pulled around to load to be told they did not have it. Wasted half of my day for their lack of professionalism. I now remember why we stopped using them as our regular supplier. My advice to anyone is be cautious, lots of suppliers out there that will not treat folks this way. I called from their parking lot and have what i need from another vendor now. Thanks for wasting my time, yours may not be valuable but mine is.
