I used Penn Roofing for a home inspection recently and was very impressed. They were thorough, communicative, and straight-forward. Images provided were detailed and I felt very confident that the itemized estimate and descriptions were well-considered. After inspection, the seller used Penn Roofing to complete the repairs. They again were incredibly friendly, were available quickly, and were detailed in their re-inspection of the roof. This is an honest company who clearly values customer service!

Serviceman was great, friendly and very truthful. Everything was explained well and a return visit was scheduled promptly. An additional visit was required and it was scheduled right away - that very afternoon! Second serviceman came and repairs were completed within an hour. Penn Roofing Inc. far exceed our expectations! We chose to seek a 3rd estimate for our garage roof leak after poor communication and lack of followup from our "first two choices" for more than one week. Webb arrived the same day we spoke with him, made the inspection himself the very next morning and provided a concrete FAIR estimate.
