Shumate has serviced my condo for years and always provide top notch service. My thermostat stopped working this week and it was 90 degrees in my home. I called at noon and there was someone here within an hour. He was able to replace the thermostat and troubleshoot a problem to fix my air. Thank you!

Shumate is an excellent company to work with. Very friendly, clean upon entering the home, explained everything that is needed to be done upon servicing your unit. They make certain you know all costs involved and give you lots of tips as to how to keep your unit running in tip-top shape. We were extraordinary pleased with their on-time arrival & kindness.
