I really like the end product of my manicure however Mae rushed my pedicure service. She has does really awesome work in the past but she often rushes. I've often felt anxious to hurry my service so she can continue answering phone calls and attending to customers walking in. She did not say goodbye, thank you, but simply walked away after payment with a tip. Highly disappointed with my service.

They are truly THE BEST salon I’ve ever been to! Everyone is really good and the customer service is AMAZING!!!! Massages after every service…LOVE‼️‼️ Owner, May makes you feel like you’re her favorite person every time you see her❤️Will never go anywhere else!

I go here often and I gave it a 4 because lately it hasn’t been what it used to or I need it to be. Rush jobs, not fulfilling my requests such as (an extra dip for thicker layer of sns) not even 5 days later whatever was applied to my sns (3 dips) a clear thick gel polish is lifting and the powder looks matte underneath and now my nails that I’ve been working hard to maintain is breaking because of this. Like I said I go often since the pandemic and I love the pedi items I just wished they aimed to please like they did before the inflation. It’s almost seeming like a nail school in there.
