I agreed to a $450 labor charge, and I purchased the part for $230 at O-Reillys. Because I agreed to do the work the $85 diagnostic charge was waived. The tech was knowledgeable and had my car back running within an 1 hr and 30 mins. Overall I was satisfied with the work. I removed a star because it appears I was quoted a higher diagnostic charge and labor fee to replace the alternator.“
