“Kyle scheduled a technician to come out yesterday and voila Jeff McPhail owner of the company shows up not only on time but ahead of schedule..hurray! He walked our entire roof and scoured the attic to find not one or two but SIX nail holes from the toe boards used by the construction crew. Jeff sealed all six holes and covered them back with shingles, so we are good to go. Reasonable price..very professional and thorough. A real pleasure doing business with The 10th Roof. We highly recommend their services!!“

“I felt like J and M really knew their business when they presented their proposal and answered my questions with experience behind the answers. Their quote was competitive but I was focused more on having this done right ... than on price. I couldn't believe the job was done in 1 day. Their crew was literally there at 6:30 and they did not mess around. We had a lot of wood to replace which worried me. However, their guys knew what they were doing and knocked it all out in the 1 day promised turnaround. You can see how wonderful it turned out in the before and after pics. My advice to anyone is choose the guys that know this business, so that you can relax and know that it gets done right. J&M are those guys. There's nothing worse than spending that much money and getting shoddy work. J&M was even very detailed in their cleanup, so I can't say enough. “The entire team - Sawyer, Blayne, and the install crew - were top notch. Sawyer came out a few times to talk us through the process. Blayne and his crew showed up exactly on time and replaced the entire roof in eight hours. They tarped all the shrubs and all around the house, came around with magnets to catch any nails, and left the house as if they'd never been there (aside from the brand new roof, of course). The new roof looks amazing, and the quote they provided was in line with six others we received. We decided to go with Live Oak because of all the good reviews, and they more than lived up to their reputation. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company.“
