My water heater was leaking on 7/27/24. I called Liberty Plumbing. Vincent Harrison the service technician arrived on time . He verified the problem and gave me three options for replacement. He answered all my questions. Once I gave my ok , Mr. Harrison went to work Mr . Harrison was very polite and skilled in his trade. Mr Harrison cleaned up his work area after job was completed.

Not many people can say that they had a WONDERFUL experience dealing with plumbing issues. But we can!!! Liberty Plumbing sent us Trey and Matt to address our disastrous plumbing issues . Trey and Matt were extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, courteous, and patient! They educated us about our plumbing system issue and didn't pressure us with our course of action to best deal with it.
