Love it here! I've gotten my last 2 waxes from Mia & was highly satisfied both times. I'm about 1 week post my last service, still smooth and satisfied! Love their rewards program also!

Usually have great experiences here, but super annoyed after booking an appointment for my boyfriend and I because there is a "couples" option on the website, only to be called and told I cannot book for two people at one time on the same account and the person we booked with was not available. Tried to be understanding because I know how difficult customer service can be but seriously...update your website and make it clear that couples need separate accounts. Was constantly told "I'm not sure how you were able to book that way." Because it's LITERALLY on the website....

I went to Jalyn. It was my first time ever getting a Brazilian wax. She and the wonderful lady at the ground desk made me feel so at ease and comfortable, it almost felt like I had known them forever instead of being strangers. I had heard it would be awkward at first and I might feel embarrassed by other people but THAT COULDN’T HAVE BEEN FARTHER FROM THE TRUTH. We were making small talk and joking around. She was amazing and I barely felt a thing (well of course it hurt but no where near what I had been told). I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING AGAIN!!!
