“Hunter is amazing ! She is the only person I’ll see. Sounds dramatic but a good bikini service is hard to come by. I had another tech once when hunter’s wait was pushing an hour. Never again. I will take my happy tail to chick fil a and eat lunch ,or bring a book if I have to in order to pass the time until she can get to me. Or just go back on another day if she’s too busy.“

“After YEARS of failed relationships with other nail salons in the area, I took a chance with classy nails. I've been there ever since, for years now. Their service is consistent. Granted, I have my favorite technicians that I ask for; however, any of them can do a great job. What keeps me coming back? The quality materials they use. EVERY experience I've had in the history of getting my nails done, they always break because I am rough with my hands. I've never had a broken nail with classy nails. Never! Their materials are good! This is amazing to me! I thought it was normal that your nails break. Not true with classy nails. Secondly, they are the ONLY Asian ran salon (that I know of) to hire an African American among them...and YA'LL...she's good!! I love her work! Finally, Courteousness! Consistently, when I walk through the door I'm greeted kindly and with respect. Never ignored, waiting to be acknowledged. That goes a long way with me. I'm not saying everything is perfect, as nothing is perfect when things are out of your control, but they show an effort...that they care to get it right. In speaking with the owner, I've found that he is not interested in the numbers of clients but rather making them happy with his product. That means it's never overcrowded and he's not a numbers guy. He has a solid base of clients that know he's the best kept secret.
I writing this review because it's overtime. I owe this to them as a "more than satisfied" customer. I'm now ALSO a loyal customer that has never left upon my first visit; I have been coming for years, never having a substandard experience. Mistakes are rare! An occasional ouch with a technician that I haven't seen him there working for a while now...fired? IDK. Also, they don't harass you about tips! When I don't leave a tip, it's never related to the quality of work I've received, but my budget! I appreciate that I'm not asked, because I would, if I could! Sometimes I DO tip.
I highly recommend. As for PAST reviews that are less than 5, Obviously, he has figured out the formula for a successful nail salon and got rid of the riff-raff among his employees.
